Well so far tonight I have managed to mount the images onto alluminium , I first mounted black card onto the alluminium as a barrier it also flattens out the imperfections in the sheet metal, I then adhere the photo to the card.
I am now waiting for the iron to heat up for the t-shirt transfers.
